100% PURE THERAPEUTIC GRADE ESSENTIAL OIL
GC/MS batch-tested to ensure quality, safety and effectiveness
Overview: Peppermint essential oil is extracted by steam distillation of the leaves of MENTHA PIPERITA and MENTHA ARVENSIS. The herb peppermint is a hybrid of water mint and spearmint and grows throughout Europe and North America. Peppermint can grow in partial shade or full sun in warm climatic conditions. It is ideal to harvest it in the sun to get a higher yield of oil. However, in too warm growing conditions especially at night, less desirable compounds like Menthofuran will form. So it is very important that we pick the right product for peppermint oil production. The production conditions also can highly influence the quality and the quantity of the oil. Peppermint is an easy to grow plant but it needs a lot of expertise to produce the desired quality of essential oil. Our French and Indian suppliers are major players in the production of peppermint oil, and we are highly competitive in the supply of this product. We can supply peppermint essential oil origins from India, USA, France and Italy. The Indian origin peppermint oil is more economical considering the lower cost of production. However, the quality of the oil is more or less the same. We can also supply a cosmetic grade peppermint oil for commercial production.
