Overview: Cardamom also called as Cardamon is a spice native to the Indian subcontinent and Indonesia. It is now widely cultivated in Guatemala since it was first introduced by the German planter Oscar Majus Kloffer. The cardamom oil is produced by steam distillation of the seeds of Elettaria Cardamom. Guatemala is the largest producer now followed by India. We supply both the origins depending on the availability and pricing. Cardamom oil has an intensely strong aroma which makes it the most sought after choice of fragrance industry. Since produced by small farmers and the yield being highly dependent on weather conditions, the price of cardamom is highly volatile. It is believed that the crops grown in higher altitudes are better in quality than the ones in lower altitudes. Our group is one of the largest producers of cardamom oil. Cardamom being one of the most expensive spices, it’s known that several adulterated forms of cardamom oils are available in the market. Hence choose a reliable supplier and ask for a Certificate of Analysis and GC report of the batch while purchasing. We supply the Indian origin Cardamom oil.
