Ajowan Essential Oil Benefits
Common Use: Ajowan Seed Essential Oil Or Ajwain Essential oil has a stimulating spicy scent and a very strong aroma. Ajowan is used in traditional medicines of Ayurveda and Unani in the belief that it has carminative, antimicrobial, anesthetic, and pain-relieving properties. There is only little clinical evidence available about the anti-disease properties in humans. It is used in diffusers believing it may improve the airflow to the lungs however more research is needed to establish this.
