Overview: Bran Absolute is produced by hexane extraction of the barks of wheat grain. Bran absolute is rich amber in colour and has a buttery aroma with notes of hay and honey. Smelling Bran Absolute gives you a feel of walking in the countryside on a sunny afternoon. Bran is basically a byproduct of wheat production. The seeds of wheat are made of 14% bark (bran), these bran are collected and extraction is done by hexane to get a regular concrete which is then processed to absolute. Thousand kilogram of bran yields around 15kg of bran absolute. We supply the Italian Bran Absolute tested and packed in Grasse, France.
